This policy covers loss by theft or any attempt thereat of stock, fixtures, fittings, machinery, furniture and the like, but only if accompanied by actual forcible and violent breaking into or out of the building or any attempt thereat and in addition covers the cost of making good damage to such property and to the premises resulting from breaking and entering or breaking out of the building .However, cover may be extended on request to cover Hold- up on the payment of an additional premium.
