The basic cover granted is destruction or damage by fire, lightening and explosion of boilers or gas used for domestic purposes.  The cover can also be extended to include damage or destruction by some miscellaneous perils such as flood, earthquake, aircraft impact, riot and civil commotion, overflowing of water tanks, pipes, storm, tempest and malicious damage. Both building and their contents used for private or business purposes either at a particular place or at various locations can also be insured.
